This Chat Room was originaly developed for the Livecam LivecamServer JPEG video Streaming system. It can very easily support a video windows using basic frames. It's based on Server Push JAVASCRIPT, that allows the server to keep a constant connection open into the HTML parsing engin on the web browser.

The source code for this is available and is in Perl.
