  • Developed new product specs. Followed those specs from pre-production on through the QA cycle to ensure adherence to spec. Managing both procedures and personnel.

  • Managed 2 Multinational Quick reaction maintenance teams. Ensured that the teams and equipment were ready 24/7.

  • Responsible for over 4 million dollars in test and measurement equipment. Maintained a 100% availability rate for all equipment.


Logistics
  • Created, full office environment for new company from chairs to computers. On time, and within allowed budget.

  • Handled all equipment purchases, and relationships with suppliers. Resulting in a near zero time lost environment due to missing parts. At the same time ensuring that excess inventory was held at the lowest level possible.

  • Worked with a team changing an inventory management system from paper to an automated database. Resulting in improved control of 14 million dollars of equipment deployed over 5 states

  • Performed testing of products on Linux (Multiple Distributions) Windows, and BSD Unix.

  • Wrote and deployed test procedures for final QA of Hardware before shipment.

  • Worked with International Shipping.

  • Performed analysis of computer system compromise and provided report to superiors (verbal and written) of recommended procedures to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

  • Work with online volunteer help groups assisting computer users in solving a multitude of computer related problems.
