
Mr. Rolando is recognized within the industry as an innovative creator. Mr. Rolando has a spectacular background in entertainment, research and technology. He began as a child actor on TV and as part of Electric Boogaloo movement , which gave birth to the beginning of Street/Hip-Hop dancewhich is now part of the Rock & Roll hall of Fame.
Mr. Rolando then went on to work with some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Michael Jackson, and Ted Fields. He co-created the dance studio responsible for some of the most recognized dances today. Mr. Rolando was a central figure in the emergence of the Rap and Hip-Hop industry, responsible for the development of the business and marketing models, and technical operations for independent Hip-Hop and Latin music labels that became the template for the industry.
Mr. Rolando has an uncanny understanding and a pro consumer approach to position any team for the diverse global marketplace. Mr. Rolando also was entertainment marketing director for Cyber Java Cafe' (Nation first internet cafe) and was one of the pioneers of Internet streaming media as webast director for major Concert events such as Warp Tour 96 -2000.
A former research analyst at RAND Corporation were he preformed research analysis and techinical writing ,regarding critical infrastructure and information theory, also worked as a research consultant and project manager for Cisco Systems and others, he has served in executive capacities and as concept writer with numerous entertainment giants, including NBC, Carson Productions, Sony Records, Interscope.
Leveious was project director with Raymond Enterprizes,inc /Qwest communications, the worlds largest,leading edge fiber opitics network to developed and designed Pre-paid Digital debit solutions card, solutions to serve online business and industries such as Entertainment,ISP (Internet Service Providers) and Non-profit fundraising in diverse -cultural communities. inwhich he implemented cross-functional network teams the optimally designed credit card solutions that were prosumer sensitive,adaptable to visual engineered formats.
Leveious was also a Co-Director of the research/ Marketing team for Forrester Research - Market Research. that published the March,2000-2001 report U.S./Global Urban X-Y Generations on-line population and the premiere business intelligence report/study "The U.S.Urban Youth Market: targeting the Trendsetters the revolutionize how companies approach the online marketplace.
Leveious served on the Board of Directors of the Nelson R. Mandela Multi-Cultural Peace center ,inconjuction with European Union , in the capacity as Creative Consultant /Event Project Coordinator.leveious was early pioneer in understanding the grasp of the U.S. Diverse Latino market AND Global Urban Youth market contributing to numerous articles for New york times and San Jose mercury news and Atlantic Monthly and numerous research firms such as Jupitor Communications,
Leveious obtained a B.S. in Communications /History and completed post grad , work in Quantum Theory -Physics from University of Tele Aviv, and going on to study Multi-media at U.CL.A. Online extension program.
