Acacia Patents claimes ownership of streaming media

The Courts John Sokol writes "According to Cnet, RadioIO Webcasting station, got notification that he was violating patents owned by Acacia dated 1991. http://news.com.com/2100-1023-983552.html I haven't been able to find the patent numbers, but I was doing streaming much earler that that. Sun Micro also did a well documented global video streaming event Xmass 1990 with Scott McNealy. How can we get Acacia Patents thrown out?"
